In the latest edition of “Making the Case,” the Supreme Court of Ohio hears cases at a special Off-Site Court session at Carrollton High School in Carroll County. The Supreme Court conducted oral arguments in three cases, including two concerning the legality of law-enforcement searches of drivers suspected of illegal activity.

In the third case, the Court examined whether prosecutors proved a man convicted of rape knew the victim was substantially impaired. The victim testified that she took one sip of a drink at a bar before losing all memory of the night.
