The Supreme Court of Ohio announces a call for submissions for an upcoming art exhibit honoring justice-involved veterans. This special exhibit, set to debut in November 2025 during National Veterans and Military Families Month, will celebrate the transformative power of art and creative expression in recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration.

The exhibit will feature original artwork created by veterans who have been involved in art therapy programs. Each piece will reflect the artist’s unique journey of healing and the role of creative expression in overcoming trauma, substance use, and justice system involvement.

Submission Details

  • Eligibility: Open to justice-involved veterans, with priority given to those engaged in art therapy programs.
  • Themes: Submissions should explore themes of healing, recovery, rehabilitation, or personal growth.
