Board of Professional Conduct Files Disciplinary Case Reports and Recommendations
The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct has filed three case reports with the Supreme Court of Ohio.
The reports recommend imposition of a disciplinary sanction against Ohio attorneys based on the submission of consent-to-discipline agreements.
Objections by the parties are not permitted in consent-to-discipline matters.
